Our SDMS software interface communicates with a network of dryer data collection modules that are configured to capture dryer process data in real time.

Through the use of specialized sensing SDMS can capture and calculate vital variables such as temperature anomalies and airflow. Utilizing a multi point configuration, we can use averaging to gain a more accurate picture of the drying conditions occurring throughout the process.

In addition to drying parameters, SDMS captures product and process information that is necessary to provide a total view of the drying process. The SDMS assembles all of this information and provides data presentation for the dryer operator that is both meaningful and useful in the forms of graphs, reports, analytic wizards, etc.
